Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose the plan you want the next time you pay, under Subscription in your account. The new plan starts when we confirm that payment.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Plans are set in USD and shown here in your local currency at the current daily rate, as a guide. You pay by mobile money, bank transfer or cash: your account shows the exact amount, the currencies you can pay in, where to send it and the reference to quote. Then choose “I’ve paid” and give the transaction details. Your subscription is renewed when we confirm the payment. We do not take card payments yet.
Is there really a free trial?
Every plan starts with a free trial and no card is required. You only pay when you’re ready to continue.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays isolated to your account and is preserved. Export what you need; we never share it across accounts.
